Aerobics Classes

A fitness boot camp is offered twice a week combining traditional calisthenics, body weight exercises, interval and strength training.  Instructor Stacey Kramer helps push you to your fitness goals in a positive group atmosphere.

When: Wednesdays @ 5:30pm & Saturdays @ 8:00am

Where: Nemaha Central Middle School Gym

Ages:  High School & older

Fee: $5 per class

No registration is required for this class.  Come as often as you can!
